From M25: A21 to Hastings. At the Hastings Boundary take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto St Helen’s Road, (A2101) for 1.6 miles. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Bethune Way continue onto Braybrooke Road. At the lights turn right onto Priory Avenue. Stanley Road is the 1st turning on the left. Black Rock House is situated on the right hand side

Hastings Station, (approx 6-8mins walk) Bear left onto Station Approach, left onto Devonshire Road then left onto South Terrace. Continue onto Priory Avenue. Stanley Road is the 1st turning on the left.
