Access to footpaths/bridleways which lead to Rye, Rye Harbour, Winchelsea, Hastings and beyond.

From M20 – J10, take A2070 to Brenzett, then A259 to Hastings. On reaching Rye, take B2089 to Udimore. Continue on this road until you enter open countryside travel 1.3 miles and the drive to Oaklands will be set off the road on your right, just past the Fire Beacon. From M25 – J 5, take A21 to Hastings. At Vinehall Street take B2089 to Rye, through Cripp’s Corner to the crossroads at Broad Oak. Proceed easterly for just over 5 miles and the drive to Oaklands will be found on the left.
By Train: There are services from London to Rye via Hastings or via Ashford. From Gatwick airport to Rye via Hastings.
