Swan House

The travel and interior design press love Swan House. Lovingly refurbished in June 2006, this 15th Century boutique bed and breakfast has enjoyed unprecedented, glowing national and international editorial for its, five star service and style. Each of our four ensuite bedrooms are individually designed, with comfort and luxury in mind. We are situated in one of the most peaceful and picturesque parts of Hastings Old Town with antique shops, restaurants, fishing quarter and beach just three minutes walk away. Enjoy a gourment breakfast menu in our spacious guest lounge, with a wealth of exposed beams, oak paneling and a large inglenook fireplace, DVD players in every room, broadband wireless internet access and telephone calls are all included free of charge. In the finer weather, dine in our charming patio garden.
