The Elms

The Elms Guest House covers the entire ground floor of a Victorian semi-detached house and is situated close to the beautiful Alexandra Park. It is approximately 15 minutes walk to the railway station, town centre, beach and all amenities. All rooms are ensuite with shower and toilet. Limited on-site parking and free street parking available. Payphone on site. The accommodation consists of 1 large twin room which can be adapted to take a further bed (Z bed). 1 Double room containing a queen size bed and a cot and 1 double room containing a normal double bed.

Road Directions

Leave the M25 at the A21 junction south (Hastings). Continue on A21 until reaching Hastings and passing under a road bridge. Continue until a series of mini roundabouts is reached. At the third, fork left after approximately half a mile, find Dordrecht Way on the right passing through the park. After passing Dordrecht Way, St Helens Park Road is the second turning on the left, The Elms is 100yards up on the left.

Public Transport Directions

There are railway connections to and from (North) Battle, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Gatwick and London. (West) Bexhill, Eastbourne, and Brighton. (East) Rye, Ashford, Folkestone and Dover.
Buses run to and from town centre and railway station to most of the surrounding villages and towns.
Local buses 26 and 26a run to the town centre and station and, in the opposite direction, from the town centre and station, to terminate at the Conquest Hospital.
