The Place at the Beach
The Place at the Beach Hotel and Dining Room is set back behind the sand dunes of Camber Sands. Recently acquired by new owners, the hotel is undergoing a gradual improvement program that will make it the perfect home from home to explore the area.
With a seven mile beach on its the doorstep, 18 very comfortable bedrooms and a Beach House style restaurant serving honest, local food that’s beautifully cooked, it’s the ideal bolt hole to escape from the stresses and stains of modern life.

Road Directions
From Junction 10 of the M20, follow the A2070 to Brenzett. At Brenzett take the A259 to Rye. ½ mile before Rye there is a left turn to Camber. Take this road and follow for 2 ½ to 3 miles past Rye Watersports and the golf course. As you enter the village of Camber you will see The Place 250 yds further on the left hand side.
